23rd “SEGHIZZI” International Composition Competition 2025

has awarded
for Section A – Choral Compositions
the Seghizzi Composition Trophy 2025 and the prize of €1,000.00 to Giulio De Carlo (Italy) for the composition “MY RIVER RUNS TO THEE”.
It has also selected the following finalist works, which will be included in the Contemporary Music category of the 63rd International Choral Singing Competition, scheduled in Gorizia from July 9 to 13, 2026:
- TI ASPETTO by Maestro Roberto Brisotto
- DO NOT STAND AT MY GRAVE by Maestro Stefano Puri
- LA LUNA DEI BAMBINI by Maestro Daniela Nasti
for Section B – Compositions for Solo Voice and Piano
the Seghizzi Composition Trophy 2025 and the prize of €1,000.00 to Roberto Brisotto (Italy) for the composition “THE LOVE A LIFE CAN SHOW BELOW”.
It has also selected the following finalist work, which will be included in the Contemporary Music category of the 23rd International Chamber Singing Competition for solo voice and piano, scheduled in Gorizia from July 4 to 5, 2026:
